My physiotherapist, Janessa Russett, is very professional and knowledgeable. She helped me get rid of the pain in the shoulder and arm as well as the tingling in the hand with only 9 sessions. THANK YOU!

"…I never believed that physiotherapy actually worked. However, with an excruciating pain in my shoulder, several nights of very little sleep, and with my doctor’s advice I decided to out physiotherapy. After I started my sessions with Janessa Russett and her recommended exercises, I found that it really helped me to recover from pain in my shoulder, it allowed me to do my regular routine of activities, and get a full night’s rest of peaceful sleep. This was all achieved in only 8 weeks."
